Coconut Noodle


One of my favorite dish is " Coconut Noodle". It is a simple and tasty meal and does not take a lot of ingredients. The most important is it does not take a long time to cook.



Ingredients (for 4 people):
1. 1 can of coconut milk
2. 1 chicken breast
3. Some dry peas
4. Noodle , 500 gram( 1 catty)
5. 4 Poatched egg, cut it into 4 small piece
6. 4 Chinese doughnut, cut it into a small piece


Seasoning :
1. 1 lemon , cut it into a small piece
2. 1/2 onion, shred the onion and soak them in drinking water to remove the acrid taste of the onion.
3. Coriander (for optional) , cut up


Procedures :
1. Put the dry peas, chicken breast and pour the cocount milk into the pot.
2. Add water over the chicken breast and cook them until the peas are done.
3. Take the chicken bone out.
4. Put the noodle into the pot
5. Ready to eat - add the small piece of eggs, Chinese doughnuts, corianders and drop some lemon juice over the noodle.


Now, you know how easy it is. You can make one next time.
