Preserve White Radish in Salt

Preserve white radish in salt is a household and must-have dish in countryside. Making it is easy and just needs simple ingridients. First, wash the white radish and then cut it into two pieces. Second, put them into a glass or plastice container and stay for one night. Next morning, pour out the salty water, then put the ingredients into the container in order, for example, the first layer is white radish , the second is suger, the third is salt black bean.  Finally, close the lid and stay for a long period. You can enjoy it when they are getting soft. It is a delicious side dish for congee. In additian, it can be mixed with grinding meat and became a fabulous main dish which stimulates your appetite
