About ten years ago, every day I feel tired and sleep during my working hours and after work and even if I sleep over ten hours a night. I thought if I am sick, but I know it is not. So I decided to do exercise to increase my physical strength.
One day I saw a TV program and it was introducing the advantages of power yoga. It is said that the power yoga can make you relaxed, relieve your stress, and increase your immunity. I am so surprised that power yoga has so many benefits. Magically, I feel energetic after I practice it, and I do not need coffee to refresh my mind.
I would like to share two my favorite postures with you. In power yoga, there are two tips. The first one is inhale with nose and inflate your belly. The second one is exhale with mouth and shrink your belly. Keep the two rules in mind and you can do it well. The first posture is breathing. This motion not only can solve the problem of your constipation but also can eliminate the fat around your belly. One of my classmate lose about 7 kilogram within 2 months.
The second posture is standing by one leg. This motion can train the muscle of your thigh. If you have strong thigh, you can walk long. If not, you will feel tired after a short distance walk.
Finally, what I want to say is we work from Monday to Friday and study on weekends, so we are under high pressure now. So we must try to keep a good condition, by doing so, we can get the university degree smoothly.
